Daiwa hires Gary Hibbard for Fixed Income Trading

Daiwa Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Japan’s Daiwa Securities Group, has hired Gary Hibbard as an Executive Director in its Fixed Income Trading Division.  

Based in London, Hibbard has a wealth of experience in the GBP Credit market and his hire is part of an initiative to increase Daiwa Capital Markets’ presence in that sector.  

Hibbard joins having previously been Head of Sterling Credit Trading at Lloyds Bank. Prior to that he held a number of senior trading positions at Barclays Capital during his 20 years there.
